Mr. Jon Kinsey, Chattanooga Mayoral Candidate Mr. Kinsey discussed his platform for Chattanooga's future. He made the following promises to the Club: 1. Jobs - He will create a working regional relationship with local, state and national legislators. He will support the growth of existing manufacturers and service industries. He will create a business resource council. He will seek to restore acceptable air transport service. 2. Education - He fully support Dr. Register's School Resource Officer Program. He will strongly advocate improved advanced degree programs. 3. Crime - He will ensure police department will receive needed resources. 4. Quality of Life - He will create a Family Task Force. He will take Mayor Staff Meetings to the community monthly. He will support further development of the Tennessee Riverpark Master Plan.
