| LAST MEETING | Jack Anderson and Greg Sedrick presented the past and future contribution of the Chattanooga Regional Professional Societies. In the early sixties the professional community had a direct contribution to the establishment of UTC's College of Engineering and Computer Science and Chattanooga State Technical Community College. Most recently, the professional societies executive board held strategy sessions to plan future roles in the economic development of the region. Initial pieces of this plan was shared at Monday's meeting. Copies of the presentation and the complete plan can be requested by calling 423-755-4718. It was decided at the meeting that the Club will add to the work of Club Historian Myron McKay and produce a comprehensive brochure of past, present and future Club activities. |

Ron Fugatt chairman Aug. 11 - Jack Case, Vice President of Operations, will talk about EPB's Service Restoration. Pat Patterson chairman Aug. 18 - Bruce Pirtle, Operating Analyst, will talk about EPB's Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system. (UTC Roundhouse). Place your weekly bulletin or a piece of paper with your
name and badge number in your windshield. These are the only lots available
with free parking. There are a limited number of parking meters and handicap
spaces available in the lot next to the University Center.
