Science Fair award winners, Seth Heltsley and Ted Lee will describe the projects they submitted and relate some of their experiences at the International Science and Engineering Fair in San Diego, California. Both students were first-place prizewinners of several awards. Seth, who developed a robotic serpent, placed first in the Grand Award.
