Topic: “What You Don’t Know Can Bite You” -
Mack McCarley, P.E., Qore Property Sciences
QORE Property Sciences prepares
comprehensive building and property risk assessments. The purpose of the assessments is to
evaluate the business risk of acquiring facilities. Predicting future facility maintenance
saves time, money, and headaches for potential buyers as they make judgments as
to the level of risk contained in the purchase of a facility. The assessments are comprehensive and
include geotechnical, environmental, and complete facilities evaluations. A large portion of potential risk is
frequently hidden and failure to recognize a risk can have serious financial
implications.
