Monday, June 20:  "New Chattanooga State Initiatives" - Dr. James L. Catanzaro
Dr. Catanzaro will present some of the new and exciting initiatives at Chattanooga State Technical Community College including Motorsports Technology, new building construction, the five-year strategic plan, and higher education in Tennessee.

PREVIOUS MEETING __________________________________________________________ 

At this joint meeting with the Chattanooga Technology Council, on Wednesday at THE CHATTANOOGAN, Jeff Cornett, VP/COO of National Safe Skies Alliance gave a presentation focused on a project currently underway at Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport to implement a technology-based situational awareness system to improve operations and emergency response capabilities at the airport. Safe Skies is leading the project with support from the Tennessee Valley Homeland Security Technology Coalition. In addition, Jeff gave an overview of activities underway to improve aviation operations and security in the coming decades.
