This 6.5 acre
mixed use development on the rapidly developing north shore has been designed
to conceptually bridge the architecture of the old manufacturing warehouses
with today’s modern technologies. Using green design strategies, this
project offers an environment that fosters a sense of community for the
surrounding neighborhood while setting the pace for future development in the
north shore. Plans to obtain LEED-CS certification are currently underway; the
first of it's kind in

Engineering Inspection (CEI) program was described. It is currently in-place in approximately 40
states and recently adopted by the Tennessee Department of Transportation. The

and guests viewed the movie "An Inconvenient Truth", starring Al Gore
and his traveling road show about Global Warming. It was worthwile
and a good time. Those interested in more (and possibly different) views on
