from other engineering societies) to supply funds for travel to a poster
session for Stephanie Wilson, Senior Engineering student at UTC.

The Riverbend Technology Institute, The University of
Tennessee at Chattanooga (College of Business Administration) and the Center
for Entrepreneurial Growth (CEG) are offering a fast-track certificate program
(earns 2.5 CEU credits) regarding entrepreneurship and
technology. This comprehensive and intensive program will be offered over a
five-week period using a faculty of highly experienced professionals in
technology, business and entrepreneurship. If you have questions regarding the

PREVIOUS MEETING
Oct 2, 2006 – Dr. Joseph Kizza, UTC Computer Science department, on Cyberethics. Dr. Kizza discused three areas of major concern in the computer age:
monitoring electronic emissions, monitoring computer networks, and theft of
data holding devices. Everyone learned to be aware of the possibility for evesdropping and the need for security.
